Shipping Policy

At KOENUR, we take care to ensure every order reaches you safely. Here’s what you need to know about shipping, delivery and order cancellations.

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary by location and courier partner.

2. Shipping Charges

* Free shipping on prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.
* Orders below ₹999 incur a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
* All product prices include GST.

3. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Partial COD is available on all orders. A ₹199 prepaid token is required upfront, with the balance payable on delivery. The token is non-refundable after dispatch, except where required by law.

4. Tracking & Address Changes

Tracking details will be shared via your registered email after dispatch. For address changes, contact support@koenur.com as early as possible. Changes depend on the shipment status and courier availability.

5. Packaging & Gift Boxes

Every order arrives in KOENUR packaging. Additional gift boxes are available for ₹99 per box. Charges for fulfilled gift-box requests are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

6. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, contact support@koenur.com within 24 hours so we can investigate promptly.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Care. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Made-to-order or customised products may not be cancellable once preparation has begun.

8. Returns & Exchanges

9. Jewellery Care

Our fashion jewellery may feature stainless steel, brass or alloy bases with 18kt gold plating, along with stones, pearls or crystals. Please check individual product descriptions for materials.


To maintain your jewellery:

* Avoid water, perfume, sweat, lotions and harsh chemicals.
* Remove before bathing, swimming, sleeping or exercising.
* Store in a cool, dry place and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the finishing process or screen display differences.
